Chuck became part of RIPR in 2012 after a career on commercial radio. He got his broadcasting start as an announcer for Off Track Betting Corporation in NYC. He’s been a news director, music director, production director and morning personality on radio stations in Providence and Boston.
A native of New Jersey, Chuck attended the School of Journalism at the University of Missouri and graduated from the University of Vermont with a BA in Mass Communications.

The Moon Shines Bright At WaterFire Arts Center
“To the Moon and Beyond” now on display at the WaterFire Arts Center in Providence is a celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. The exhibition features a 23 foot diameter globe of the moon, as well as a collection of intimate paintings inspired by space exploration.
Artscape: Bristol Art Museum Controversy
Bristol artist Bradley Wester uses found photos of soldiers doing things you don’t usually see soldiers doing, like wearing nothing but a pair of women’s pink underwear. Some members of the museum’s board of directors wanted the photos removed from the current show at the museum.
Artscape: Salve Regina University’s Creative Writing MFA Program
