A newly merged entity, The Rhode Island PBS Foundation & The Public’s Radio is a 501(c)(3) organization. Meetings of the Board of Directors are open to the public. Board meetings are bi-monthly and held on the last Wednesday of the month at 4:00 p.m. (excluding holidays).
