Do you support trucking tolls for tractor trailers on Rhode Island highways?

I am against any and all truck tolls which serve as a tax and deterrence to business…when elected I would support repealing the truck toll bill;

Would you support a state-mandated health insurance program?

I would have to consider the costs and who is paying for this program to determine whether to support it…often these public assistance programs are not cost efficient and creates huge deficits in state budgets;

Are you in favor of expanding protections against sexual harassment to include domestic workers (such as nannies) and volunteers (such as interns)?

I would certainly support expansion of sexual assault laws re these individuals as long as the state of ri is not held liable…these individuals deserve and most likely have same rights and privileges as others in private and public sectors;

If given the opportunity, would you codify the right to have an abortion in state law?

no I am pro life…not for any further expansion of rights and privileges as provided in us supreme court decision roe v. Wade;

Is the state doing enough to help people who have been left behind by the economy? If not, what additional steps should be taken?

part of my economic rejuvenation plan is to train these individuals in professions and occupations that businesses sorely need…for example there is significant shortage of truck drivers in nation…let’s help them finance and get the costly cdl licensing to become employed;

Does primary education need to be improved statewide? If so, how?

primary education needs competition to improve…it also may need intervention in some aspects to bolster curriculums and programs…money alone does not improve the quality of education…

Do you support RI’s designation as a sanctuary state? Why or why not?

absolutely not…we need immigration reform to allow shorter time periods and better means to employ these individuals… anybody who enters this country illegally should be sent back…that’s the way our ancestors did it and everything worked well re jobs and prosperity for themselves and their families.
