Since the sewer pipe’s collapse a week ago, traffic on Sandy Lane has since been restricted to westbound travel only.

However, to cut back on congestion, two-way traffic will be permitted Monday – Friday between 3:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. Cars can travel both ways during the weekend as well.

Police officers will remain on the scene for the duration of repairs, which is expected to take several weeks.

Businesses on Sandy Lane are still accessible and remain open.
